That “no” is your subconscious identity talking. There is a part of your subconscious identity that holds the belief and the subconscious programming that you actually haven't done enough.
So when your conscious mind and your subconscious mind don't agree, you end up feeling that emotional turmoil, guilt, doubt, worry, and inadequacy. And those emotions, generated by this conscious/subconscious conflict, are messing with your frequency. And not in a positive, create what you want in life, “good” kind of way, right?
