Take The Pressure Off

Pressure on yourself is one of the things I most frequently see causing my clients anxiety, frustration, and challenges in both their mental wellness and in creating what they want in life.

And I bet you can relate, right?


I know this used to be me, as it was a big contributor my own mental wellness challenges. And you already know that mental wellness is near and dear to my heart based on my own journey with depression and suicidal ideation.


Now you probably already realize that putting pressure on yourself is not doing any favors for your mental wellness.


But even more than that, that pressure that you're placing on yourself to get where you want to go and to create what you want is rooted in fear. If you really look, you’ll find you’re in the fear of lack and fear of not being accepted – two very common fears.


All fear is extremely low frequency, and it’s just pulling in more what you don't want. Now that's not helpful, is it? That's not what you're looking for and wanting to create.


So what can you do about it?


Take off the pressure.


Trust that it's all coming in divine timing. Trust that everything is working out for you even better than you imagine it. Trust that everything is in your favor.


Creating what you want in life and true, complete mental wellness only exists in the presence of love, not in fear. So take off the pressure.
