When I started my intentional, conscious journey 10 years ago to figure out who I really am and to connect with my true authentic, Goddess self and soul, I quickly discovered one surprising area that was causing all kinds of pain in my life.

Loyalty.

I realized through my journey that I was being tremendously disloyal to myself. Basically, I was loyal to everyone except myself. And I see this time and time again with my students.

So I wonder…how loyal are you being to yourself and the life you're trying to create?

Think about this for a second or two.

Consider the version of you that has everything she wants.

Is she being disloyal to herself and her dreams by saying nasty things to herself?

Is she being disloyal to herself and her dreams by people pleasing and doing things she doesn't want to do? Things that don't feel right or good or aligned to herself, her heart, her soul?

Is she being disloyal to her dreams by saying, “Ah, nah, I like the idea, but that's never gonna happen for me.” Or “I can't have that”. Or “I'm not worthy of that”. Or “No, that's just not possible for me. I wasn't born with that silver spoon in my mouth.”

No, she's not doing any of that.

The future you who’s living a life she loves is tremendously loyal to herself. In fact, loyalty to herself got her there.

So how is your loyalty to yourself?

Loyalty is a FREQUENCY. True loyalty looks like compassion, support, generosity, kindness, patience…and is anchored in unconditional love for yourself. So it is VERY high frequency. And you already know that your frequency is the key to everything.
