Feeling your emotions is actually raising your frequency.


YES, even when you’re feeling your negative emotions.


And I know that can sound kind of crazy because you think negative emotions, negative feelings, and negative thoughts are all bad. You’ve been taught, like I was, too, that they’re all low vibe.


But here's the thing…


If you are feeling your feelings, if you are aware of your feelings, if you are intentionally tuning into your feelings and processing them, processing them, processing them, you are in a loving state.


You are giving yourself such love by allowing yourself to look at your emotions, see what's there, work through them, move through them, and learn from them and grow. And love is the highest frequency there is.


But this is the razor’s edge…


Are you just experiencing the emotion? Are you trying to ignore it? Are you wallowing in it? Are you getting into victim mentality? Are you stewing? Are you pushing it away, avoiding, or running from it?


Or are you processing it? (Hint – I think I mentioned this before! LOL!)


THIS is the difference between your negative thoughts and feelings being low frequency for you versus actually supporting you positively. And it is a HUGE difference energetically.


So I invite you this week to really be intentional about seeing what your emotions are and what they may be telling you. You’ll discover over time that this gets easier and that things start to subtly (or not so subtly) shift in your life due to this little frequency shift you make.
