One of the questions I hear all of the time when women first start their coaching work with me is, “Why is my embodiment work not working?”

Because they’ve not YET seen the results from the inner work, the embodiment and identity work they’ve previously done.

And I bet you can relate, right? I certainly know I’ve asked myself this about my life a time or two…

Well, one of the most common problems that I see with that has to do with WHAT you are bringing into that embodiment.

You're probably imagining the new identity, the feeling, the being, and all of the things you want in that new life you are creating. You’ve probably been doing your best to imagine yourself there, embodying and feeling it now, right?

But what of the old you have you brought along for the ride?

Are you bringing into your embodiment work…

I want that new life because it's going to give me money?

I want that new life because it's going to give me health or wealth or a better relationship?

Think about that. That energy you're bringing is actually low frequency lack energy because you're saying, “I want something.”

And to want something is to say you don't yet have it. Lack.

Even though you're imagining this amazing life and doing many of the other “right” things, look at this undercurrent of energy you’re including. “Give me; I want; I need; this embodiment is going to give to me xyz” energy right?

This is a taking kind of energy that’s based in lack. Lack is a fear frequency, which is as low as you can get with your frequency.

There's nothing wrong with you having those desires and wanting all the things – money, peace, travel, car, house, relationships, health, and whatever. That is wonderful.

But spin it around.

Instead of asking, “What will this give me,” ask yourself…

- What can I do with this life, this money, this xyz to help?

- What good can I create with that money?

- How can I create positivity in my world and life with that money, that relationship, that health?

- How will I contribute to my life, my family, my friends, and the world because I'm in this new space now? Because I am more abundant, healthier, richer, happier, peaceful, have the relationship, and all the things that I want.

How does that life, and all that you want, allow you to then create, contribute, and give to the world instead of take? Think about that.

Feel the difference in that energy. That is the love frequency, the highest frequency there is, and that will unlock your embodiment and create that life you're looking for.
